“ Food was great, I had a double bacon smash burger. Wife had the smash burger classic. Food was fresh but patties were not smashed as thin as expected. The fries were thin but fresh. Fernando the server and cashier were attentive and friendly. ”
“ My food (veggie burger, sweet potato fries, and specialty tea) was delicious, but the real bonus for this location is their employees. Franiza smiled contagiously upon our arrival and even recognized my son as a frequent patron. She checked on us at our table numerous times as did Tera, both regularly asking if they could help with anything or clear our dishes. They were so friendly and hospitable! The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's a bit too pricey. ”

I asked the cashier, Landon, what he recommended and he suggested the jalapeño smashburger and the smash fries. I ordered both and I am so glad I did! “ Smashburger can thank Ruth for this 5 star review. Ruth was amazing. Her customer service is top tier. I was greeted immediately upon entrance. It was close to 9pm. Ruth was patient with my ordering as I had to contact the family to confirm a menu choice. She never treated me like I was a burden. Upon receiving my food I tasted a few fries (that I didn't order for myself, yes in a French fry bandit). By far the best fries I've had this year. So much so I ordered more to replace the ones I sniped. Four minutes later I'm in the car headed home munching on fries. The fries were super salty (just how I like). Maybe a tad too much for my family (or not because they consumed 95% of them but made it clear they were on the saltier side). I never knew turkey burgers could be so good. I don't eat beef but the turkey burger here is seasoned well and tastes much like a beef burger. I was more than satisfied with my food but exceedingly impressed with Ruth. She should honestly teach a class on taking care of customers. It was late and they already begun cleaning and preparing for closing but I never felt rushed or unwanted. ”

My husband and I ended up picking up a to-go order placed online through their website for lunch on a Wednesday. Ordering online was seamless and we were able to add the coupon code with no issues. We ended up ordering the following Classic Smashburger: [1] Patty with just cheese and pickles Classic Smashburger: [2] Patties with everything on it! (Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions, Smash Sauce, Ketchup on a toasted bun!) Smashfries: Crispy french fries tossed in rosemary, garlic, and olive oil Sweet potato fries Once we placed the order online, we left our residence to go pick it up. This location is off of the Ann/95 exit. There is plenty of parking spaces available. The restaurant is next to Yogurtland and Trader Joes. Picking up the order was a breeze. The food travelled well. You could tell that it wasn't sitting out for too long as the meal was still hot when we got back home. The Classic Smashburger was scrumptious. It was perfectly cooked with crispy edges. The burgers are large though! I had it for lunch and was so full that I couldn't eat dinner later! My husband enjoyed his classic smash with 2 patties. It was messy though with all of the toppings. We had left over french fries for the next day. The smashfries were good. It had a lot of rosemary flavoring. The sweet potato fries warmed up well in the air fryer the next day! Since it's been a few years since I ordered Smashburger, the one item that was missing off the menu that I enjoyed getting was the fried pickles! I miss those! Hopefully Smashburger will add those back to the menu. ”
